  1. Important: Read this before using your copy of
  2. Stardock Corporation's ObjectDock Freeware.

  4. End User License Agreement
  5.  
  6. This user license agreement (the AGREEMENT) is an
  7. agreement between you (individual or single
  8. entity) and Stardock Corporation for the ObjectDock
  9. Freeware program (the SOFTWARE) that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.
  10.  
  11. The SOFTWARE is the property of Stardock Corporation
  12. and is protected by copyright laws and international
  13. copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold, it is
  14. licensed.
  15.  
  16. LICENSED VERSION The LICENSED VERSION means an
  17. original fully working version of the SOFTWARE.
  18. If you accept the terms and conditions of this
  19. AGREEMENT, you have certain rights and obligations
  20. as follow:

  22. YOU MAY:
  23. 1. Install and use one copy of the
  24. SOFTWARE on a single computer.
  25. 2. Install a second copy of the SOFTWARE on a
  26. second computer only if you are the main user of
  27. this computer (home computer or laptop for
  28. example).
  29. 3. Install the SOFTWARE on another computer only
  30. if you change your main workstation. In such a case
  31. you must uninstall the software from the old
  32. computer.
  33. 4. Make a copy of the SOFTWARE for archival
  34. purposes only.
  35.  
  36. YOU MAY NOT:
  37. 1. Copy and distribute the SOFTWARE or any portion
  38. of it except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
  39. 2. Sublicense, rent, lease or transfer your
  40. personal registering number.
  41. 3. Sublicense, rent or lease the SOFTWARE or any
  42. portion of it.
  43. 4. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or
  44. modify the SOFTWARE or any portion of it, or make
  45. any attempt to bypass, unlock, or disable any
  46. protective or initialization system on the
  47. SOFTWARE.
  48. 5. Copy the documentation accompanying the
  49. SOFTWARE.
  50. 6. Upload or transmit the SOFTWARE, or any
  51. portion thereof, to any electronic bulletin
  52. board, network, or other type of multi-use
  53. computer system regardless of purpose.
  54. 7. Include the SOFTWARE in any commercial
  55. products intended for manufacture, distribution,
  56. or sale without express written consent from Stardock.
  57.  
  58. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
  59. The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". Stardock
  60. disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied,
  61. including, without limitation, the warranties of
  62. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.
  63. The user must assume the entire risk of using
  64. this SOFTWARE.
  65.  
  66. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
  67. Stardock Corporation assumes no liability for
  68. damages, direct or consequential, which may
  69. result from the use of this SOFTWARE, even if
  70. Stardock Corporation has been advised of the
  71. possibility of such damages.
  72.  
  73. TERM
  74. This license is effective from your date of
  75. download and shall remain in force until
  76. terminated. You may terminate the license and
  77. this agreement at any time by destroying the
  78. SOFTWARE and its documentation, together with all
  79. copies in any form.
  80.  
  81. COPYRIGHT NOTICE
  82. The Company and/or our Licensors hold valid
  83. copyright in the Software. Nothing in this
  84. Agreement constitutes a waiver of any rights
  85. under U.S. Copyright law or any other federal
  86. or state law.

  88. ACKNOWLEDGMENT: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE
  89. READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO
  90. BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU ALSO
  91. AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS THE COMPLETE AND
  92. EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU
  93. AND THE COMPANY AND SUPERCEDES ALL PROPOSALS OR
  94. PRIOR ENDORSEMENTS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY
  95. OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY
  96. OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY RELATING TO
  97. THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
